Using Our Discount Codes at Checkout

A tutorial on how to use our discount codes:

After adding our products, whether natural soap, lotions, lip balm or accessories to your cart, our website automatically takes you to the shopping cart page where you can view the contents of your cart.

In the center of the shopping cart page, just below the cart contents box, you will see a “Discount Code” box. It says “Enter your coupon code if you have one.” Go ahead and type in your code (it is not case sensitive), and click on the reddish colored “Apply Coupon” button. You will see the discount appear in your cart, underneath the subtotal of your all natural items.

If you want to continue shopping, simply click “continue shopping.” If you are ready to checkout, click either of the green “Proceed to Checkout” buttons.

Next you will be asked if you’d like to register or checkout as a guest. Select your choice and enter your information. The next page asks you to select USPS Flat Rate Shipping for $6.95 on all orders. Click on the little round button and then click “Continue.” You will see a shipping charge of $6.95 in your cart.

If your discount code was a shipping discount, you will still need to select flat rate shipping, and shipping charges will appear in your cart. However, your discount code will reduce the amount you pay.

The final step is to select your payment option; either Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Once you complete the required information your order will be submitted and you should receive a confirmation shortly thereafter. Orders are generally shipped out the following business day, and Priority Mail takes approximately 2-3 days.
